Michelle Mann is Vice President of Business Operations and Decision Support for PINC AI™ Applied Sciences, the research and analytics division of Premier. Mann leads business operations and the industry-sponsored alert/clinical decision support (CDS) product line.
She has more than 30 years of experience and expertise in hospital process improvement, real-world evidence and analytics, cultural redesign, and large-scale prospective study design and execution. Certified in Lean Six Sigma, she approaches all projects with an eye for workflow redesign and team-oriented change management. Mann has four publications, including “Health Care Professionals’ Perceptions of Challenges to Chronic Pain” and “Quantify Use of ANTicoagUlation to improve Management of AF (QUANTUM-AF): Rationale and Design of a Cluster Randomized Clinical Trial.” Prior to Premier, she was a Senior Director at The Medicines Company, a biopharmaceutical company, where she developed analytic platforms for conducting in-depth service line performance improvement solutions in healthcare settings. Mann obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs (UCCS) and is currently pursuing her MBA.
