Dr. Judy Jean is a Director of Research Operations for PINC AI Applied Sciences®, the research and analytics division of Premier. She leads clinical research projects and works closely with sponsor and pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Jean brings more than 12 years of clinical research and pharmaceutical experience and 10 years of higher education experience in health service administration, health science and public health. Prior to joining Premier, Dr. Jean was a Clinical Research Manager and Clinical Research Coordinator for a medical center and a children’s hospital in South Florida. She has supervised children’s oncology, neurology and trauma studies, and has coordinated studies in endocrinology, immunology, emergency medicine, rheumatology, genetics and urology. As an educator, Dr. Jean has worked closely with medical school residents, providing support in protocol writing and regulatory submissions for protocol approval. She has also conducted clinical research internal audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Dr. Jean has achieved top enrollment status for a multi-site study investigating growth hormone. She has spent many years conducting clinical research studies within the substance abuse population and worked closely with the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Dr. Jean is certified as a clinical research professional (CCRP) and as a clinical research coordinator (CCRC). She has a doctorate degree in health science with a concentration in global health from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds a master’s degree in health service administration and a graduate certificate in public health from Florida International University.
